I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey and am also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. I am most passionate about helping people live a full life by managing mood and sleep difficulties. I aim to reach these goals through research, clinical work, and psychoeducation.
